The standard folder "Attribute" of SUCHWERK shows all document attributs that were defined in any document. . Typically there are the standard attributes of Office documents like "Author, Company, Comment, ..." or a list of meta information from multimedia files, such as "Genré, Artist, ..."
With the Windows Explorer you can create user-defined document attributes, just click the document with the rigth mouse button and select Properties. SUCHWERK automatically will create a folder for each user-defined attribute and create a sub-folder for all occurrences. |
